Whistleblower Policy

Pioneer Marine is committed to adhere to the highest standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. The Company anticipates that all employees and business partners abide by high standards of personal and professional integrity and avoid any conduct that might negatively affect the Company’s personnel and the Company itself.

The Company pursuant to its commitment to open communication and business transparency, has approved and adopted a Whistleblower Policy supplemental to the Company’s Standards of Business Conduct & Ethics aiming to direct its employees and business partners to report any concerns, suspected misconduct, illegal and/ or unethical behavior regarding any aspect of the Company’s activities. 

All concerns are being processed by an external 3rd party (PricewaterhouseCoopers Business Solutions S.A. – PwC) serving as the independent external Whistleblower and are communicated directly to the Audit Committee of the Company who will handle them as deemed necessary.
